My journey into counselling has been shaped by over 15 years of working in roles that support mental wellbeing and safeguard young people and adults. I have extensive experience supporting children and teenagers with a wide range of mental health struggles, working across schools, charitable organisations and private practice. This work has given me a strong foundation in understanding the challenges individuals can face at different stages of life, and the importance of feelings safe, heard and supported.
